Working for a furniture store allows for incredibly quick turn around projects. Giving clients, that would not typically have access to a professional Interior Designer, the opportunity to have a room fully transformed in a single purchase, is a very rewarding experience. Some clients cannot afford it all at once, so the design presentation can be broken into phase purchasing stages. These are a few snap shots of projects put together through a complimentary In-Home design service using Olioboard and Icovia 2D space planning .
IJJI Sushi
Ijji Sushi was a Design/Build Project with Sweeney Architecture and IDEA Developments. The space needed to be converted from a vacant music store to 180 person occupancy sushi restaurant. The client wanted a an environment that was comfortable and inviting, yet maximized seating capacity. This was achieved by using a U-Shaped sushi bar and booths around the perimeter.
Whitworth Residence
The client was interested in re-modeling their family cabin up at Lake Tahoe. The original cabin was a kit house built in the 1960's. They wanted to add an additional floor and update FF&E, while remaining true to a rustic cabin feel. This project was produced using Revit.
